Outlook Not Reducing PST Size After Deleting Emails: What to Do?

I recently deleted a large number of emails from my Outlook mailbox to free up some space, but I noticed that the PST file size has not decreased at all. Even after emptying the Deleted Items folder, the PST file size remains the same. Is there any way to actually reduce the PST file size after deleting emails? Do I need to use any specific Outlook feature or tool to compact it? Please suggest the best method or reliable solution to shrink the PST file size safely without losing any data.

I deleted many old emails in Outlook, but the size of the PST file is still the same. This often happens because Outlook does not immediately remove the deleted emails from the file, but keeps them in the “Deleted Items” folder, and the PST file still occupies the same space. I used Softaken Compress PST Software, and it was very easy and safe. Just select the PST file and click, and the file size is reduced. There is no need to clear Deleted Items or manually compact it. If your PST file is also oversized and Outlook is slow, try Compress PST Software. It instantly reduces the size while keeping the file safe.
