When does Cenforce 50 affect blood pressure?

Cenforce 50 (which contains sildenafil citrate) can affect blood pressure because it works by relaxing blood vessels through inhibition of the enzyme PDE5. This vasodilation can lead to a mild, temporary drop in blood pressure in many people. After taking Cenforce 50, the effect on blood pressure typically begins within about 30 to 60 minutes as the drug is absorbed into the bloodstream. This is also the period when its main erectile effect starts. The peak effect usually occurs around 1 to 2 hours after ingestion, which is also when any blood pressure–lowering effect is most noticeable. In Cenforce 50 individuals, this drop in blood pressure is usually small and not clinically significant. However, it can become more important in certain situations—especially if the person is dehydrated, has existing low blood pressure, heart disease, or is taking medications like nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or some alpha-blockers. In such cases, the combination can cause a sudden and dangerous fall in blood pressure. The effect generally wears off within 4 to 6 hours, along with the drug’s main action. Blood pressure typically returns to baseline as the medication is metabolized. If someone experiences dizziness, fainting, chest discomfort, or severe weakness after taking Cenforce, it may indicate excessive blood pressure reduction and requires medical attention.
