What's one feature every real estate tokenization platform should have, but most founders overlook?

If I had to pick just one feature, it would be a transparent investor dashboard.

Many founders focus on token issuance, smart contracts, and fundraising, but they forget what happens after investors buy the tokens. Investors want to see their portfolio value, ownership percentage, rental income distributions, property performance, governance updates, and important documents all in one place.

Without that level of transparency, trust can drop quickly, even if the underlying blockchain technology is solid.

I'd also say compliance shouldn't be treated as an add-on. Features like KYC/AML verification, transfer restrictions, and audit logs should be built into the platform from day one rather than added later.

If you're researching what goes into a production-ready platform, this guide to building a real estate tokenization platform covers the essential features, architecture, and development considerations.
