I'm planning to start an ERP project and would like some advice from people who have already gone through the process.
When researching ERP software development in Chennai, I noticed that development cost isn't the only thing that matters. Things like integration, scalability, data migration, security, user roles, reporting, and future customization seem equally important.
For example, if the business already uses CRM, accounting software, payment systems, or eCommerce platforms, the ERP should ideally communicate with those systems instead of creating another isolated database.
I've been comparing a few Chennai-based development companies, including Techzarinfo, but I'm still trying to understand what questions I should ask before selecting a development partner.
What were the biggest lessons you learned from your ERP implementation?
