What’s your strategy for scaling adult advertising to high-value users?

I’ve been wondering about this for a while now. Scaling adult advertising sounds easy in theory, but when it comes to actually reaching high value users, things get a bit tricky. I mean, getting traffic is one thing, but getting the right kind of traffic that actually spends money is a completely different game.

At one point, I was getting decent clicks and impressions, but conversions were all over the place. It felt like I was just paying for volume instead of value.
