Thinking about a service contract for my Grand Cherokee – is it worth the cost?

I've been running my 2018 Grand Cherokee for a while now, and while it's been mostly reliable, I'm starting to think ahead about the next major service. The dealer service packages are eye-wateringly expensive, and I've had mixed experiences with the quality of work there. A few friends have mentioned that there are independent workshops in Abu Dhabi offering proper maintenance plans that cover everything from oil changes to major inspections, often at a much more reasonable price. I found a place that offers a Genuine Jeep Maintenance Service Package in Abu Dhabi, and it seems to cover all the essentials like regular checks on brakes, suspension, transmission, and engine systems, which is exactly what I need to keep my car running smoothly through the summer . I'm also curious about whether these packages include genuine parts, because I don't want to risk using cheap alternatives that might not last in our climate . Has anyone here switched from dealer servicing to an independent maintenance plan for their Jeep in Abu Dhabi? I'd love to know if it actually saved you money and whether the service quality was up to scratch. Cheers.
