Sent this to my buddy who's too stubborn to ask for help

I got a buddy who works construction over in Orange County and he's the type that thinks asking for help is some kind of weakness. He got hurt a few weeks ago, messed up his shoulder pretty bad on a site, and he's been trying to handle all the paperwork and phone calls himself even though he's clearly stressed out and confused about it. I've been trying to gently push him to at least talk to someone but he keeps saying he doesn't want to be a bother or pay for something he can do himself. I finally just texted him the link to https://www.workerscompensationattorneylaw.com/ and told him to at least read through some of the stuff on there before he makes a decision. I figured maybe if he sees for himself how complicated this can get and what his rights actually are, he might realize it's not about being tough, it's about not getting screwed over. He hasn't said anything yet but I noticed he was online late last night so maybe he's actually looking at it. Just hoping he comes around before he signs something he shouldn't or misses a deadline. Anyway, if anyone else has a friend or family member who's being stubborn about this stuff, maybe sending them something to read on their own time helps more than nagging.
