I'm currently researching a POS for service business and have been looking into Swyft POS as a potential solution. I'm searching for a platform that goes beyond payment processing by offering features like customer management, invoicing, sales reporting, employee tracking, and business performance analytics. Since service-based businesses have different needs than retail stores, I want a POS system that is easy to use, reliable, and capable of streamlining daily operations while delivering a better customer experience. Swyft POS seems to provide many of these features, but I'd like to hear from business owners who have firsthand experience using it.
