In Ayurveda, "pitta" is one of the three energies that control how our body and mind work. It's known for its qualities like heat, intensity, and change. When it's balanced, pitta helps with digestion, thinking clearly, and feeling brave. But too much pitta can cause problems like feeling easily annoyed, swelling, and too much acid in the body. To keep pitta balanced and stay healthy, Ayurveda recommends eating right, living a balanced life, and using herbs.
