Honestly at a loss right now, thought we were close to done but apparently not.
We're near the end of a project with a logistics software development services provider, route optimization tool integrated with our fleet tracking system. Everything looked fine in their testing environment, but the moment we connected it to our actual GPS hardware, half the integration broke. Drivers are getting delayed location pings, some vehicles aren't showing up on the dashboard at all.
Feels like their team tested everything against clean sample data and never actually validated it against our real hardware setup.
Trying to figure out what happened here:
