Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my personal experience here because when I was struggling with tinnitus, reading real stories helped me a lot.
I'm 27 years old , and I developed tinnitus after a big sound blast (very loud noise exposure). After that incident, I began experiencing constant ringing in my ears. At first, I thought it would go away on its own, but weeks passed and the ringing was still there. It was especially noticeable at night and during quiet moments. It affects my sleep, focus, and honestly my mental peace.
I consulted doctors and followed basic advice like avoiding loud noise, reducing headphone use, and managing stress. While that helped a little, the ringing never fully stopped. I didn't want to jump straight into strong medications, so I started looking for natural ear health support options .
That's when I decided to try Audizen .
I used Audizen consistently for about 3 months , without skipping doses. I didn't expect instant results, and honestly, the first few weeks were slow. But after around 5–6 weeks , I noticed the ringing becoming less intense. By the end of the second month , the noise was much lower, and I could sleep better.
Now after 3 months , my tinnitus is basically gone , and what surprised me most is that my hearing power feels back to normal . Sounds feel clearer, and I don't have that constant background ringing anymore. I'm not saying this is a miracle or that it will work the same for everyone, but in my case, the improvement has been real and noticeable.
I didn't experience any side effects, but I made sure to:
Tinnitus can be very individual, especially when it's caused by something like a sound blast, so results may vary. But if someone is dealing with noise-induced tinnitus and looking for a non-invasive, natural option , I feel it was worth sharing my experience.
If anyone else here has tried Audizen or recovered from sound-blast tinnitus, I'd love to hear your story too.
Thanks for reading.

- Avoid hot noise exposure

- Stay consistent with the supplement
