Juicebox has opened its first international office in London’s Soho district as the AI recruiting company expands its presence across the UK and Europe. The move builds on growing demand from more than 1,000 EMEA customers and will establish London as the company’s regional hub for the UK and wider EMEA market. The expansion strengthens Juicebox’s focus on AI recruiting technology as companies seek more proactive ways to identify and engage skilled talent.

Juicebox plans to grow its London team to more than 50 employees over the next year. The company currently has a team in the city focused primarily on go-to-market activities and plans to expand into marketing, business operations, engineering, product, and design roles.

London Becomes Juicebox’s First International Hub

The London office represents Juicebox’s first location outside San Francisco. The company selected Soho as its base as it expands its customer and commercial operations across the UK and EMEA.

The expansion follows established demand in the region rather than a new market experiment. Juicebox already serves more than 1,000 customers across EMEA, while the UK has become one of its strongest international markets.

The company plans to use its London presence to work more closely with regional customers and build a larger local team. This strategy will allow Juicebox to support organizations that compete for highly skilled candidates across technology and other industries.

AI Recruiting Addresses Changing Hiring Challenges

Companies across the UK and Europe continue to face challenges in finding specialized talent. At the same time, generative AI has made it easier for candidates to customize resumes, create cover letters, and submit applications at scale.

This increase in application volume can make traditional recruiting signals less useful. Recruiters may receive more applications while still struggling to identify candidates who closely match the requirements of a position.

Juicebox is approaching the problem by focusing on proactive talent sourcing. Instead of waiting for candidates to apply, recruiters can use the platform to identify people who match specific skills, experience, and professional backgrounds and then engage them directly.

Juicebox Uses AI to Identify Potential Candidates

Juicebox allows recruiting teams to describe the type of candidate they want using natural language. The platform then searches its talent graph to identify potential matches based on combinations of skills, experience, and background.

Its AI agents extend this process by incorporating additional context from a company’s hiring systems, previous hiring decisions, and recruiter feedback.

This approach enables recruiters to build candidate searches around the characteristics that matter to their organization rather than relying only on standard job titles or keyword searches.

Juicebox also supports personalized outreach, bringing candidate discovery and engagement into the same workflow.

AI Agents Support Recruiting Workflows

Juicebox has continued expanding its AI capabilities throughout 2026. In August, the company introduced Agent 4.0 with a Context Intelligence Layer that allows its agents to use information from connected recruiting and productivity tools.

The system can analyze organizational context, review patterns from previous hires and recruiter feedback, and use that information when developing searches.

Agent 4.0 also introduced real-time market mapping. The agent can test different sourcing strategies against market data before selecting an approach, while giving recruiters visibility into the reasoning behind its recommendation.

The platform can also connect with external tools through integrations and carry recruiting workflows from initial sourcing toward completed deliverables.

London Customers Highlight Recruiting Demand

Juicebox already works with companies in London and across the UK.

Fonoa, a London-based tax technology company, has used Juicebox as it expanded its workforce. The company said its employee count increased from 115 in October 2025 to more than 260, while its talent team used Juicebox to identify candidates in a competitive market.

Omnea, another London-based technology company, has also used outbound recruiting to compete for engineering talent. The company said fewer than 20% of its hires during the previous year came through inbound applications and reported that Juicebox helped its team identify specialized candidates and build personalized outreach at scale.

These examples illustrate the demand for recruiting tools that can help companies reach candidates who may not actively apply to open positions.

Juicebox Expands Beyond Traditional Recruiting

The London expansion comes as Juicebox continues to position AI as an active part of the recruiting process.

The company’s platform combines AI-powered search with candidate outreach and autonomous agents. Recruiters can use the technology to identify candidates and support engagement while maintaining control over hiring decisions.

Juicebox also says its platform is used by more than 5,000 companies globally, including technology companies and large enterprises. Its customer base includes organizations such as Cursor, Lovable, Ramp, Notion, and Samsara.

The company’s approach reflects a broader shift toward proactive recruiting, where organizations identify potential candidates before they enter the traditional application pipeline.

$80 Million Series B Supports Global Expansion

Juicebox’s international expansion follows significant funding earlier in 2026.

The company raised $80 million in Series B funding in March at an $850 million valuation. The round was led by DST Global, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Coatue, Y Combinator, NFDG, and Verified Capital. The funding brought Juicebox’s total capital raised to approximately $116 million.

The company has been using its funding to expand its recruiting platform, strengthen AI capabilities, and grow its presence in international markets.

The London office provides a physical base for that international expansion and creates a dedicated team for the company's UK and EMEA operations.

Building a Larger London Team

Juicebox currently has nine employees based in London and plans to increase that number to more than 50 within a year, according to reporting on the expansion.

The initial hiring focus is on go-to-market roles, with additional positions planned across marketing, business operations, engineering, product, and design.

This expansion will allow Juicebox to develop a broader regional organization while supporting its growing customer base.

The company’s careers page also lists London-based roles across areas including engineering and product, reflecting its ongoing investment in the UK market.

AI Recruiting Market Continues to Develop

Juicebox enters a UK recruiting technology market that includes several companies developing AI-powered approaches to talent acquisition.

The company’s strategy centers on proactive sourcing and AI-assisted candidate engagement. It is targeting organizations that need to compete for specialized talent and want to move beyond high-volume inbound applications.

By establishing a local office, Juicebox can combine its AI recruiting platform with a dedicated regional team that understands the hiring requirements of UK and EMEA businesses.

London Supports Juicebox’s Next Growth Phase

The opening of the London office gives Juicebox a dedicated base for its growing EMEA business. With more than 1,000 customers already in the region and plans to expand the local team beyond 50 employees, the company is making international growth a significant part of its next phase.

The move also comes as Juicebox continues developing AI agents that can use organizational context, map talent markets, identify candidates, and support outreach.

As companies continue to face high competition for specialized professionals, Juicebox is positioning its AI recruiting platform as a way to help talent teams proactively build candidate pipelines rather than relying primarily on applications.
