If the QuickBooks Hosting Mode is off, then you need to turn on the Network Discovery settings; you can try the following steps:
- Go to the System’s Control Panel and then to the Network Sharing Center.
- After this, move to the Change advance sharing setting.
- Now, you need to expand the profile that you are using.
- After this, go to Network Discovery < Turn on Network Discovery.
- Lastly, search for Password protected sharing and then Turn Off password-protected sharing.
- And lastly, hit the Save button.
