A Veteran Leader in Commerce and Technology
Before joining Faire's board, Fleisher served as Chief Financial Officer at Wayfair, where he helped guide the company through its initial public offering and supported its rapid expansion from approximately $1 billion to more than $12 billion in annual revenue.Earlier in his career, he also played a key role in leading Warner Music Group's IPO while serving as CFO. He later took on the role of Vice Chairman of Strategy and Operations at the company, contributing to major strategic initiatives.
In addition to these roles, Fleisher previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Gartner and currently sits on the boards of several technology-driven companies, including Squarespace, Goat Group, and First Watch.
