I've been helping a small food supplier expand into new cities, and transportation has become a real concern, especially for perishable items. We recently started exploring refrigerated trucking services after a few temperature issues during standard deliveries causing product losses. The challenge is figuring out which providers actually maintain consistent cold chain control versus those that just advertise it.
