CrowdStrike and Qualtrics have expanded their partnership to integrate enhanced security protections for experience platforms , enabling companies to strengthen how they secure customer and employee data within Qualtrics' experience management solutions by leveraging CrowdStrike's Falcon platform to detect threats, protect endpoints, and defend SaaS environments from cyberattacks.

Under the extended collaboration, CrowdStrike's zero-trust and AI-driven cybersecurity tools will work with Qualtrics' XM platform to provide real-time threat detection and response across endpoints, cloud applications and identity systems. This enhanced security integration helps organizations better protect sensitive experience data and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats while supporting continuity in customer and employee experience operations.

According to CrowdStrike and Qualtrics executives, the adoption growing of digital experience solutions has increased the need for integrated security that spans beyond perimeter defences, ensuring that insights about customers and employees remain protected throughout data capture, analysis and operational workflows.

The enhanced protections include endpoint and workload security, identity protection, and behavioral analytics driven by CrowdStrike's threat intelligence designed to help organizations reduce risk, prevent unauthorized access and maintain service reliability as they scale their digital experience initiatives. Both companies emphasize that security and customer trust are central to digital transformation success.
