Best Free Hosting Platforms for HTML, CSS & JavaScript Projects

While testing different free hosting platforms for small HTML, CSS, and JavaScript projects, I realized that the "best" option really depends on your workflow.
For example, GitHub Pages is great if you're already using Git. Netlify and Vercel make deployments incredibly easy. Cloudflare Pages is fast and integrates well with repositories.

One platform I don't see mentioned very often is GoogieHost. It's a bit different from the Git-based hosting services because it follows a more traditional hosting approach. For someone learning how websites are uploaded and managed on a hosting account, that can actually be useful.

I'm curious what people here prefer for simple frontend projects:

GoogieHost
GitHub Pages
Netlify
Vercel
Cloudflare Pages
Something else?

What factors matter most to you—ease of deployment, uptime, custom domains, speed, or simply getting a project online as quickly as possible?
