Are Adult Traffic Sources for push ads reliable?

I have been testing different ad formats lately, and one thing I keep wondering is whether some adult traffic sources are actually reliable long term, especially for push, pop, and native ads. It looks easy on paper, but once you start spending real money, things feel very different.

At first, I struggled with consistency. One week the traffic looked decent, and the next week conversions dropped without any clear reason. With push ads, I noticed quick spikes in clicks, but not always quality engagement. Pop traffic gave volume, but filtering out low quality placements took time. Native ads felt more stable, but they needed better creatives and patience.

What helped me was slowing down and actually comparing placements instead of chasing cheap clicks. I started reading more about different Adult Traffic Sources and how they handle push, pop, and native inventory. That gave me a better idea of what to expect instead of just guessing.

From my experience, push works well for fast testing and offers that grab attention quickly. Pop can still perform, but only if you track carefully and block weak zones. Native feels more sustainable if you are building something long term, especially when the ad blends naturally with the content.

I would not say there is one perfect source or format. It depends on your goal and how much effort you put into tracking and optimization. What made the biggest difference for me was focusing on data instead of hype. Once I treated it like testing instead of gambling, results became more predictable.

Curious if others had the same mixed experience or found a setup that stayed consistent over time.
