Appficiency Inc. , a global IT consulting firm and software business focused on enterprise digital transformation, has announced a strategic growth investment in RedPoint Solutions. RedPoint is a technology consulting firm that specializes in Salesforce, integration, and Field Service solutions for the construction, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and energy industries.
The deal gives RedPoint growth capital while helping Appficiency widen its Salesforce practice across North America. It builds on Appficiency's established base as a UK-founded Salesforce partner since 2011. RedPoint adds further depth in construction, manufacturing, and logistics, and will continue to operate as a standalone brand, with its current leadership, operations, and customer relationships staying in place.
The investment reflects a growing push among businesses to connect customer-facing and back-office systems. Salesforce's 2026 State of Field Service research found that only 16% of field service organizations have their field and back-office technology united on a single platform, which points to a clear gap that firms like Appficiency and RedPoint aim to fill.
Mike Diep, Managing Partner at Appficiency, said the next phase of enterprise technology will be decided by how well organizations connect their systems rather than by which platforms they choose. He added that the company is proud to support RedPoint's growth while helping customers bring CRM, ERP, and field operations into a more integrated environment. Dana Ress, CEO of RedPoint Solutions, said she is excited to join forces with Appficiency and noted that preparing industrial businesses for an AI-driven future takes more than a CRM implementation.
The move supports Appficiency's wider strategy of growing its platform capabilities, geographic reach, and sector expertise through strategic investments and partnerships. Last year, the company also invested in AskCipher, an AI-powered interface layer designed to simplify how teams work across multiple enterprise software systems. Earlier this year, Appficiency also received a minority equity investment from Canadian Business Growth Fund, which it said would support AI innovation and expanded delivery capabilities.
