I've got a 2016 A6 that's been giving me some grief lately – there's a noticeable delay when shifting from park to drive, and sometimes it clunks when downshifting at low speeds. I've already had the fluid service done not too long ago, so I'm starting to worry it might be something more serious like the mechatronic unit or valve body. I'm based in Abu Dhabi and I really want to avoid the dealership prices, but I also don't want to trust just any garage with this kind of complex work. I've seen a few places that claim to work on German cars, but it's hard to tell which ones actually have the right diagnostic tools and experience for these S tronic boxes . I noticed a workshop that offers Meticulous Audi Transmission Karama Abu Dhabi and I'm curious if anyone's used them. Has anyone here had a good experience with a transmission specialist in or around the Karama area? I'm hoping it might just need an adaptation reset, but I want to be prepared for whatever they find. Any honest recommendations would be massively appreciated right now. Cheers.
