Super P-Force can cause dizziness because it contains two active ingredients: Sildenafil – used to treat erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine – used to treat premature ejaculation. It can cause: Dizziness Drowsiness Nausea Fainting in some people, particularly after the first few doses Factors that increase the risk You are more likely to experience dizziness if you: Drink alcohol while taking Super P-Force Are dehydrated Take nitrate medications or certain alpha-blockers Already have low blood pressure Stand up suddenly after sitting or lying down How to reduce dizziness Take the medication exactly as prescribed. Drink enough water. Avoid excessive alcohol. Stand up slowly from a sitting or lying position. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you.
