Trulioo has appointed Craig McDonald as Chief Revenue Officer , strengthening its global revenue leadership as demand continues to rise for identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. In his new role, McDonald will oversee Trulioo's worldwide sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategy, supporting the company's next phase of international expansion.
McDonald joins Trulioo with more than 25 years of experience in financial technology and payments, bringing deep expertise in revenue scaling operations and building high-performing commercial teams. His appointment comes at a critical time as organizations increasingly seek secure onboarding and compliance-driven identity solutions.
Trulioo CEO Vicky Bindra stated that expanding the company's revenue leadership is essential to meet customer needs and steadily grow across regulated industries. She emphasized that McDonald's proven track record makes him a strong fit to lead Trulioo's commercial strategy.
Before joining Trulioo, McDonald served as Chief Business Officer at Trustly, where he played a key role in expanding the company's reach to hundreds of millions of consumers across more than 30 countries. His previous leadership roles also include senior positions at MoneyGram, Nexxo Financial, and Valista/iPIN.
Commenting on his appointment, McDonald said he is excited to join Trulioo and looks forward to driving global growth by delivering value to customers through strong partnerships and a differentiated identity platform.
