Six passport size (2X2, front face) photographs.
Documentary evidence proving Pakistani nationality, such as a citizenship certificate or domicile certificate issued by the Government of Pakistan.
Additionally, please be aware that both new and duplicate passports are issued to Pakistani citizens only after police verification from Pakistan.
To register Pakistani children born abroad, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Complete Form S-1.
Provide two current photographs of the child.
Submit the original birth certificate and a copy of the passport.
Submit proof of father's Pakistani citizenship (NIC or passport) along with a photocopy.
Pay the registration fee, which should be in US dollars and payable to the Embassy of Pakistan. Please note that all fees are non-refundable.
Finally, to validate or amend your passport and extend its limited validity, you must:
Complete (Form -C).
Provide the original National Identity Card (or a copy if the original is not available).
Include two photographs of the child for verification in the passport.
