Is there a solid checklist anywhere for what actually needs servicing here vs back home?

Just moved here a few months ago and I'm trying to get my head around car upkeep. Where I'm from, the main worries were road salt in winter and general moisture. Here it feels completely different with the heat and the sand. My battery died without warning last week and the guy at the garage said it's common here because of the heat, which I never even thought about. Now I'm paranoid about what else I'm missing. I know I need to stay on top of the air con and cabin filters because of all the dust, and I've been told to check tire pressure more often as it fluctuates with the temperature swings. But it would be really helpful to find one reliable Dubai climate car maintenance guide that spells out a proper year round schedule, you know? Something that covers not just the engine and AC, but also how often to really get the undercarriage washed to prevent sand buildup and what kind of interior protection actually stops the sun from cracking the dashboard. Does anyone have a source they trust for this stuff?
