A friend recently asked me to check her website because she felt it was not helping her business anymore. The site had been built several years ago, and many things had changed since then. Some pages were crowded, the menu was confusing, and the mobile version was not easy to use. She first thought adding new pictures and text would solve everything, but the website still feels old. We discussed whether to redesign my website UK style by making the layout cleaner, improving the menu, and making it easier to use on phones.
