Tadarise 10 mg is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains
Tadalafil, a well-known phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that enhances sexual performance by increasing blood flow to the penis when a man is sexually stimulated.
How Tadarise 10 Mg Works
Tadalafil, the active ingredient in Tadarise 10 mg, works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). When sexual arousal occurs, nitric oxide is released, leading to the production of cGMP. By inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, Tadarise allows cGMP to accumulate, resulting in prolonged relaxation of the blood vessels and improved blood flow to the penis, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection.
Indications
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Tadarise 10 mg is primarily prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, helping men achieve and maintain erections during sexual activity.
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Tadalafil is also used to relieve the symptoms of BPH, such as difficulty in urination.
