I recently misplaced my NOL card and I'm unsure of the next steps. If you lost your NOL card, can anyone guide me through the process of reporting it? I'm worried about losing any remaining balance or facing issues with public transport.
Should I contact RTA directly, or is there an online procedure if you lost nol card? Also, will I be able to recover my remaining balance or will I need to purchase a new card altogether? Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
