Are Lead Generation Tools Actually Worth It for Small Teams?

I've been exploring different lead generation tools recently, and I'm trying to figure out if they're really worth the investment for smaller teams.


On one hand, the idea of automating prospecting, doing lead enrichment, and improving outreach sounds great. But I'm also wondering how much of a difference they actually make compared to doing things manually.


For those who've used these tools did you see a real improvement in lead quality and conversions? Or is it more about saving time than driving results?


Would love to hear some honest experiences before deciding to commit.
