Cenforce 100 mg contains sildenafil, which is a vasodilator used for erectile dysfunction. Whether it’s “safe” with painkillers depends on which painkiller you mean, because different classes interact differently: Acetaminophen (paracetamol) – Generally considered safe with sildenafil. No major interaction. NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac) – Usually safe in moderate doses, but NSAIDs can increase the risk of stomach irritation or mild blood pressure changes. Cenforce 100 mg slightly lowers blood pressure, so in theory combining with strong NSAIDs could add minor risk, but generally okay in healthy people. Opioid painkillers (tramadol, codeine, morphine) – Can sometimes add to blood pressure lowering or dizziness. You should be cautious, especially if you feel faint or weak. Nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) – This is the most dangerous combination. Sildenafil + nitrates can cause a severe drop in blood pressure, which can be life-threatening. Key advice: Avoid sildenafil with any nitrate-containing medications. Take sildenafil at least a few hours apart from other drugs if possible. Start with the lowest effective dose if combining with any drug that affects blood pressure.
