Anyone getting real results from adult PPC ads lately?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, especially after seeing how unpredictable paid traffic has become. A couple of years ago, running adult PPC campaigns felt more straightforward. Now in 2026, it honestly feels like a hit or miss game unless you’re paying close attention. I wanted to ask if anyone else is still seeing decent results from Adult Lead Generation Ads or if it’s just me struggling to make them work consistently.

One of the biggest pain points I ran into was lead quality. Traffic numbers looked fine on the surface, but the actual leads were weak. Lots of clicks, very few real signups, and even fewer people who stuck around. It made me question whether PPC was still worth the effort for adult offers or if the space had just become too crowded and expensive.

Over the past few months, I tried changing a few things instead of giving up. I stopped chasing volume and focused more on intent. Narrower targeting helped, even though it reduced traffic. I also learned the hard way that generic landing pages don’t cut it anymore. Small tweaks like clearer messaging and faster load times made a bigger difference than I expected. Some ad formats worked well for a week and then completely dropped off, so testing became a regular habit instead of a one time setup.

What seemed to help most was treating PPC like a long term experiment rather than a quick win. Watching which keywords brought actual signups instead of clicks saved me a lot of wasted spend. I also noticed that keeping expectations realistic helped mentally. Not every campaign is going to be a winner, and that’s okay.

I wouldn’t say adult PPC is dead in 2026, but it definitely rewards patience and attention more than before. If you’re willing to test, cut losses early, and focus on quality over volume, it can still bring in solid leads. Curious if others are seeing the same patterns or if you’ve found smarter ways to make it work.
