Natixis Investment Managers has appointed Léa Dunand-Chatellet as the new Chief Executive Officer of Mirova. The company confirmed that Mirova's Board of Directors approved the appointment. She will officially assume the role on July 1, 2026. She succeeds Philippe Zaouati after leading responsible investment initiatives across the financial sector.

Léa Dunand-Chatellet brings more than two decades of experience in sustainable investing and asset management. She spent over ten years within Natixis Investment Managers. During that period, she worked at both Mirova and DNCA Finance. Her career reflects a strong commitment to responsible investment and sustainable finance.

Throughout her professional journey, she supported several industry initiatives across France. She also contributed to working groups with the AMF, the AFG, and the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty. These roles strengthen her expertise in sustainable investing and regulatory collaboration.

Leadership Focus Supports International Growth

Natixis Investment Managers expects the new Chief Executive Officer to strengthen Mirova's international presence. The company also expects her to expand sustainable investing capabilities across listed and private assets. This strategy supports broader investment opportunities for clients worldwide.

Philippe Setbon welcomed the leadership transition and praised Léa Dunand-Chatellet's career within the organization. He highlighted the value of the company's multi-affiliate model. He also noted that Mirova has become an important part of the group's responsible investment strategy. Furthermore, he relied on Philippe Zaouati for helping establish Mirova as a respected name in sustainable finance.

Léa Dunand-Chatellet described her appointment as an important milestone. She expressed confidence in Mirova's experienced teams and long-term vision. She also emphasized the growing importance of directing capital towards projects that support environmental and economic transitions. Her comments reflect a clear focus on sustainable value creation.

Extensive Experience Strengthens Future Direction

Léa Dunand-Chatellet currently serves as Head of Responsible Investment and ESG Portfolio Manager at DNCA Finance. She began her career in 2005 at Oddo Securities with a focus on extra-financial analysis. She later joined Sycomore Asset Management and led ESG management initiatives. She also developed an early sustainable development integration model before joining Mirova in 2015.

In 2018, she moved to DNCA Finance and created the firm's responsible investment department. She also introduced its first range of sustainable investment funds. These achievements strengthen her reputation within the asset management industry. As a result, she gained broad recognition for promoting responsible investment practices.

Her academic background also reflects strong expertise. She graduated from the École Normale Supérieure and earned an degree in Economics and Management. Since 2022, she has served on the AMF's Climate and Sustainable Finance Commission. She also chairs the AFG's Responsible Investment Commission. Additionally, she joined the ISR Label Committee in 2024 and teaches responsible investment at leading business schools.

The new Chief Executive Officer begins her role as Mirova continues to expand its sustainable investing strategy. Her experience, leadership, and industry involvement positions the company for its next stage of growth. The appointment also strengthens Natixis Investment Managers' long-term commitment to responsible investment and global asset management.

Felt the writer respected the topic without being precious about it, and a look at digitaljournal continued that respectful but unfussy treatment, finding the right register for serious topics is hard and this site has clearly figured out how to take the topic seriously while still being readable for casual visitors regularly.

A genuine compliment to the writer for keeping the post focused on what mattered, and a look at intentionalprogression continued that disciplined focus, focus is a editorial choice that compounds across many small decisions and this site has clearly made those small decisions consistently across what I have read so far this week here.

Really thankful for posts that respect a reader's time, this one does, and a quick look at goldenbarrel was the same, no need to scroll through endless intros just to get to the actual content, that approach alone is enough reason to come back here regularly for the kind of writing offered.

If I am being honest this is the kind of site I quietly hope my own work will someday resemble, and a stop at learnvertex extended that aspirational feeling, finding work that models what I want to produce is part of why I read carefully and this site has been performing that modelling function for me lately consistently.

Learned something from this without having to dig through layers of fluff, and a stop at urbanriders added a bit more context that helped tie things together for me, definitely a useful corner of the internet for anyone who wants real information without the usual marketing nonsense around it that often ruins similar pages.

Now recognising the specific pleasure of reading writing that shows real care for sentence shapes, and a look at actioncreatestraction extended that craft pleasure, sentence level writing quality is something most blog content ignores entirely and this site has clearly invested in the prose layer alongside the substance which is rare today.

Honest opinion is that this is the kind of post that builds long term trust with readers, and a look at clarityshift reinforced that perception, the slow accumulation of trust through consistent quality is the only sustainable way to build a real audience and this site is clearly playing that long game.

Refreshing to find writing that does not try to manipulate the reader into clicking onto the next page through cliffhangers and forced engagement, and a stop at radiantderma continued in the same respectful way, this is what reader first design actually looks like in practice rather than just in marketing copy that sounds nice.

Worth flagging that this approach to the topic is fresh without being contrarian, and a stop at signalcreatesmovement extended the same fresh angle, finding original perspective on familiar subjects is rare and this site has clearly developed its own way of seeing rather than echoing the dominant takes from elsewhere consistently.

Felt the post handled a sensitive angle of the topic with appropriate care, and a look at clarityfuel extended that careful handling across related material, sites that can navigate delicate territory without causing damage are rare and require a level of judgement that comes from experience rather than from following any clear playbook.

Skipped the related products section because there was none, and a stop at strategyfocus also lacked any aggressive monetisation, content that is not constantly trying to convert me into a customer or subscriber is content that has confidence in its own value and that confidence shows up as a different reading experience.

Speaking as someone who used to recommend blogs frequently and got out of the habit this site is rekindling that impulse, and a look at progresswithcontrol extended the rekindling, the recovery of an old habit triggered by encountering work that justifies it is itself a small kind of pleasure and this site is providing that recovery experience.

A piece that did not waste any of its substance on sales or promotion, and a look at progresswithcontrol continued that pure content focus, sites that resist the urge to monetise every paragraph are increasingly rare and this one has clearly made the editorial choice to keep the writing clean from commercial intrusion which I value highly.

Halfway through reading I knew this would be one to bookmark, and a look at strategyfocus confirmed that early intuition, when bookmark intent forms before finishing a post you know the writing has cleared a quality bar that most content fails to clear and this site has cleared it on multiple visits already.

Speaking as someone who reads a lot on this topic this site has earned a high position in my source rankings, and a stop at shadowbeast reinforced that ranking, the informal ranking of sources for a topic is something I maintain mentally and this site has moved into the upper portion of those rankings clearly.
