My name is Scott Raines, and I currently live in the United Arab Emirates while studying Construction Law and Arbitration at Khalifa University. Alongside my studies, I work as a Delay Analysis Assistant at Boultwood Associates, where I've developed a strong interest in project disputes and contract evaluation. I often follow the work of Boultwood + Associates because it connects closely with the practical side of my field. Outside work and university, I enjoy reading about infrastructure projects, visiting coastal areas across the UAE, and improving my technical report-writing skills.
