Diksha Yoga

To help yogis who wish to brush up on their basics and broaden their understanding of yoga, Diksha Yoga School offers a 300-hour yoga teacher training program in Goa . This is the second stage of yoga teacher training, which deepens students' connection to this age-old method of healing. For our students, we have designed an engaging 300-hour yoga ttc in Goa that incorporates aspects of both yoga and Ayurveda.
